From WTNH: "(WTNH) – From an early age young boys are sometimes faced with a different set of challenges than young girls. Young boys are often told to “be a man”, but that can have damaging repercussions on the mental health and overall wellbeing for them.
United Community and Family Services provides care services for families. They are holding a screening for the new film “The Mask You Live In” The movie follows boys and young men as they struggle to stay true to themselves while negotiating America’s narrow definition of masculinity. Some of the damaging reprecussions includes aggressiveness, suicide, depression, bullying, and others.
