Schools and community organizations -- become a Community Coalition for Children Partner.   Community Coalition for Children partners work together to achieve common goals geared toward bettering the lives of children and families in eastern Connecticut and beyond. The underlying missions of partner institutions and organizations should be compatible with that of the Coalition.

Partner organizations will be recognized in CCC publicity, including listing on letterhead and link on CCC website, and will have the opportunity to attend stimulating monthly meetings.

Interested in children and families?  In helping them meet the day-to-day demands of parenting and growing up?  Become a Friend of the Community Coalition for Children.  Receive regular updates on CCC activities, programs and successes.  Assist in distribution of publicity.  Be an ambassador in your community from the CCC.  Provide input to the Community Coalition for Children board through the Friends of the CCC representative.   Be listed in CCC supplemental program materials.  There's a role for everyone -- the children and familes of eastern Connecticut need you.

Benefits for both Partners and Friends

  •  Accessibility to renowned speakers on current issues
  • The ability to work with like-minded individuals and organizations to face common issues and concerns of children and families
  • The opportunity to create and participate in intergenerational forums
  • Accessibility to an ongoing network and exchange of ideas and/or outreach
  • Access to a forum to discuss practical solutions for everyday living and working with children

Our mission:  "to be a catalyst for collaborative efforts to create, sponsor, and endorse educational and social programs designed to help children thrive."
